Introducing our new take away menu and product range for a healthier lifestyle

We have devised our new range based on dietary research, choosing healthier options such as spelt pasta and quinoa.

Spelt Pasta

We recommend spelt pasta for a healthier option. Spelt is a wonderful nutritious grain that does not seem to cause sensitivities in many people who are intolerant to wheat. It is high in vitamin and minerals and soluble fibre.

Quinoa

Quinoa is a highly nutritious seed that is a complete protein source with huge anti inflammatory properties. It is a great gluten free source of protein, iron and fibre.
